Senior Pastor

Rev. Dr. Brent Lauder

Brent Lauder is the Senior Pastor of Providence Christian Church. He has a Bachelors of Science in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Ball State University (Muncie, IN), a Masters of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary (St. Louis, MO), and a Doctor of Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary (Orlando, FL).

He was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Though he was raised in the church, he did not embrace the Gospel until he was 20 years old while attending a Promise Keepers’ convention.

Pastor Brent is married to his college sweetheart, Jennifer, and the Lord has blessed them with four wonderful children. Before settling in Florida, he ministered as Pastor in two PCA churches (Oklahoma and Indiana).

Associate Pastor

Rev. Peter Stonecipher

Reverend Peter Stonecipher is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida and completed his bachelor’s degree at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.

Upon returning to St. Petersburg after college, he met his future wife, Allison, as they both worked in youth ministry. Peter graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando with a Master of Divinity and served after seminary as an assistant pastor in his hometown before coming to Providence in 2022.

Allison and Peter love spending time with their three sons, Machen, Owen, and Noah.
